Delivery times are generally 2 to 5 business days in Canada. All orders are shipped Monday to Friday, except on Canadian holidays.

Please note that delivery times for some heavy or custom-made items, such as looms, may be longer.

DELIVERY SERVICES


Irene Textile offers several delivery services for online orders.

During the checkout process, you will be asked to select one of the following options in the shopping cart:


PICK-UP (by appointment)


We offer a pick-up option at our Morin-Heights studio at no charge. Simply select "Pick-up - Morin-Heights" at checkout.

It usually takes 2 days to prepare the order.


  • There is no charge for this option.
  • A confirmation email will be sent when the item is ready for pick-up and invite you to arrange an appointment for a non-contact pick-up.
  • Identification must be presented at the time of pick-up.


FREE DELIVERY ON PURCHASES OF 200$ CAN*


This offer is valid in Canada only and excludes taxes and gift cards.

  • No promo code required, it will automatically appear at checkout.
  • Once the order is placed, you will receive an email with an update on the delivery.
  • This email will include a tracking number to track the delivery by one of our partner carriers.
  • Orders delivered by our partner carriers, Canada Post or FedEx, are processed Monday to Friday, between 8am and 5pm.

It is possible to switch to another rate offered during the purchase process if you wish to receive your package earlier.

For orders under 200$, shipping fees are established according to the destination and the weight of the package.

* An additional charge may apply for delivery of large items as well as for delivery in remote areas. These fees are independent of the free delivery offer.


LOOM DELIVERY


Free standard shipping on loom orders over 1000$. This offer is valid in Canada only.

  • No promo code required, it will automatically appear at checkout;
  • Once the order is placed, you will receive an email with an update on the delivery.
  • This email will also inform you that the carrier will contact you to make an appointment.
  • Orders delivered by our partner carriers are made Monday through Friday, between 8am and 5pm.


INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY


Delivery service fees are determined by the weight of your order and the destination.

Please note that customers are responsible for all import taxes, duties and shipping charges.

The available shipping option(s) will be suggested in the shopping cart during your checkout process;

  • Once the order is placed, you will receive an email with a delivery update.
  • This email will include a tracking number to track the delivery by one of our partner carriers.
