RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We aim for your complete satisfaction. We know how difficult it can be to buy online. If your purchase does not meet your expectations, is defective or damaged, we will gladly take care of the situation.
To qualify for a return, the returned item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. All items must be unused and in new condition with tags still attached. Damaged, soiled or altered returns may not be accepted.
The return process is simple and easy. If the item you receive is not what you expected, please contact ourcustomer servicewithin seven (7) days of receiving your order so that we can assist you efficiently.
Upon approval, we will send you a return code to present to the post office clerk who will print a shipping label for you.
Put the item to be returned in the box it was delivered in along with the original invoice and send it to

Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received it and that a credit for the amount of the item has been issued to your account or an electronic gift card will be issued if applicable. This credit is applicable on your next purchases.
Please note that all original shipping charges are non-refundable and return shipping charges are the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend that all returns be sent insured and tracked as we cannot be held responsible for products lost or damaged in transit.
- Custom made looms and equipment cannot be returned;
- No returns on books;
- Gift cards are not refundable;
Irène Textile reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges that do not comply with our policy.
If your purchase is defective or damaged, we will gladly take care of the situation.
The cost of returning defective items will be covered by Irene Textile. The cost of the original delivery will also be refunded if the defective item was ordered alone and is not replaceable.
All refund requests will be processed within seven business days of receipt of the return package. Please note that the refund will be credited to the original payment method after deducting shipping costs.
You will be notified by email when the refund is complete. Please note that your banking institution may require additional processing time to credit your account.
It is possible to cancel an order if the goods have not been shipped. You can cancel an order as long as we have not sent you a confirmation of shipment of the order. To do so, you must contact ourcustomer serviceand confirm the cancellation of your order before receiving our shipping confirmation email.
If you have already received confirmation of shipment, you may return your ordered items as soon as you receive them by following the process described above.
