GRADIENT WEAVING
Friday, April 18 from 6 to 9 p.m.
Saturday April 19th from 9am to 4:30pm
Sunday April 20th from 9am to 4.30pm
DESCRIPTION
This course will introduce participants to techniques for weaving their own gradient tapestry. Sample weavings will illustrate the different gradient possibilities, and participants will use graph paper and coloured pencils to design their own weaving. Then, using two or more different coloured yarns, participants will learn how to weave and finish the fringe of their tapestry weaving.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING
Pencil crayons for the design for all three courses.
GOOD TO KNOW
- A kitchenette is at your disposal (fridge, microwave oven).
- The workshop will be held in French and English.
CANCELATION POLICY
Due to the limited number of participants per workshop, we are unable to offer refunds. However, if you are unable to attend the session, you may transfer your place to another person. Any classes cancelled by us due to low registration or health mandates will have the option for a refund or transfer to future date.
ABOUT SANDY
Sandy Lamb is a textile artist living and working in Montreal. With 15 years of experience weaving, he has been producing art and functional objects under the label Haut Beau since 2015. His work has been exhibited in Canada and the United States. His main areas of interest within textiles is weft faced weaving and dyeing.
